Liverpool... champions of Europe!
Well, last night saw one of the best games of football ever on television. For those of you reading this that missed the match, get it, watch it on Sky Sports as a replay, get it off a Liverpool fan who probably recorded it, it doesn't matter, just watch it.
BBC News have a decent article on Liverpool coming home and what this means to the club, click here. I'm not a Liverpool fan, I just like football, probably as much as I like music. Watching a match like yesterdays was... sorry, "IS", what it's all about though. Team work, pure determination, passion and the will, the need, and the drive to win. Milan thought they had it in the bag at half time 3-0 up, but they let Liverpool's captain Steven Gerrard score and he lifted his players and 35,000 Liverpool fans. Milan didn't know what hit them after that. Liverpool always had the upper hand in terms off confidence and commitment. I won't go on about it too much, yesterday's football match will be talked about for years to come, especially amongst Liverpool fans. I just wanted to say congratulations, and well done.
